To ensure you have ample product available to truly explore and showcase to your clientele, my order minimum is $300.

I process orders through Paypal where you can pay by credit card or directly from your bank. After you submit your order, I’ll send a Paypal invoice to the email address you provided. Invoices must be paid in full before your order is processed.

Kindly allow up to 14 business days for delivery since each piece is custom printed per order. Larger orders may take more time. Orders will ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Please reach out if you have a specific carrier preference.

Each art print is beautifully individually packaged in clear sleeves with a cardboard backer sheet to prevent damage and a branded sticker. Therefore, the prints will arrive ready to be elegantly displayed in your shop. I’m committed to providing you with art that meets the highest standards of presentation and quality.

To maintain the exclusivity and exceptional quality of my art pieces, I have a policy in place that generally does not allow returns. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and I want you to have a seamless experience with my artwork. If any items arrive damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at hello@jenraystudio.com within 72 hours of delivery. I am more than willing to work closely with you to find a suitable solution that ensures your satisfaction.
